Minero is the turnkey platform behind real ASIC mining sales. Bring your audience — we bring the hardware, the hosting, the invoicing, and the recurring USDC. You pick your margin. We do the rest.
How it works
You're the face and the reach. Minero is the infrastructure. Customers never see us — they see your brand, your prices, your support channel.
Tell us about your audience, your brand, and how you want to get paid. We review and give you access — typically same day.
Pick up to 30% on every miner. Add $/kWh on top of hosting for recurring revenue. Toggle machines on/off in your storefront.
Drop a link to your-brand.minero.sk in your newsletter, Telegram, or sales deck. Customers buy in fractions — 0.5 TH/s and up.
Minero invoices the customer, ships hardware, runs the hosting. You watch orders, margin, and payouts in one dashboard.
Your margin, in plain numbers
Most affiliate programs pay you once. ASIC hosting is different: every miner you sell generates electricity bills for 24+ months. Minero splits your margin across both — a one-time equipment markup, plus a per-kWh cut that pays every single month the machine is on.
Move the sliders — everything recalculates live.
Assumes ~$6,450 avg. wholesale miner price, 3,500W avg. draw, 24/7 uptime, Yr 2 assumes no fleet growth. Actual payouts vary by machine mix.
Not a deck. A running operation.
The Minero team has been selling mining hardware and hosting contracts to Slovak customers for years. Everything you resell is the same supply chain, same data centers, same support team — just wearing your brand.
We're not a startup experimenting with crypto — we've been shipping ASICs, issuing invoices and handling RMA for real customers since before this platform existed.
Air and hydro flagships across Bitcoin and Litecoin, at tier-1 wholesale pricing. Direct sourcing means your customers actually get units when demand spikes.

Managed data centers with redundant power, 24/7 monitoring, and a per-kWh rate you can mark up. Customers pick the site; you collect the margin.
Commission structure
Minero makes its money on the wholesale hardware and the base hosting rate. Whatever margin you add on top is 100% yours — paid out the same month the customer pays.
Sell an S21 Pro at 15% markup. Wholesale $6,450 → customer pays $7,418. You earn $968 on that order.
100 miners × 3,500W × 730h × $0.005/kWh = ~$1,278/month recurring. After 12 months, your fleet hosting cut alone is over $15,000 — on top of the equipment markup you already earned.
FAQ
Still unsure? Talk to a human. We answer every application personally.
Talk to us →Zero. No setup fee, no monthly platform fee, no revenue share on the base price. You don't pay Minero anything to launch your storefront or keep it running — we make our money on the wholesale hardware and the base hosting rate, and whatever markup you add on top of both is 100% yours.
No. If you can explain why someone might want to own mining hardware without racking a PSU in their garage, you have enough. Minero provides talking points, a calculator your audience can play with, and a default storefront that explains the product. Your job is to drive traffic and be the trusted face.
Yes. Your storefront uses your brand name, your logo, your primary color, and by default a subdomain (e.g. your-brand.minero.sk). You can also point your own domain — shop.yourbrand.com, mine.yourbrand.com, anything you own — and we'll issue the TLS certificate and host the storefront under it. Nothing on the customer-facing side says "Minero" unless you want it to.
Invoices go out from TOMAR Group (the legal entity behind Minero) because that's who's actually selling the hardware — but the pricing, experience, domain and support channel are yours.
Two layers. Tier 1 (basic product questions, order status) you can handle directly in your dashboard, or forward to us. Tier 2 (hardware faults, RMA, hosting incidents) goes to Minero's ops team. You never have to touch hardware, warranty, or a data center.
Equipment margin: within a few days of the customer's invoice clearing — same rhythm as any hardware reseller. Hosting margin: monthly, in USDC, on the 1st, for as long as the miner is running and the customer is paying their electricity bill.
Equipment margin on a cancelled order is refunded to the customer, so it's reversed from your ledger too. Hardware failures are covered by manufacturer warranty (12–36 months depending on model); Minero handles the RMA end-to-end so your reputation stays clean.
Yes. If you have a hosting partner you prefer, you can list your own locations in your storefront alongside (or instead of) Minero's. You set the per-kWh price and cooling type; Minero handles the hardware sale and defers hosting to your facility.
No minimums. No exclusivity. You can list one miner or fifty. You can promote alongside other offers. If you stop selling, your past fleet keeps generating hosting-margin payouts as long as the customers keep their machines running.
Five minutes to apply. Most resellers are live on their subdomain within a day — with a branded storefront, their own margins, and a dashboard showing every order and payout in real time.
